Care Tips
Carrots are a great crop that can be grown and sown very easily for most of the year. They need to be cared for when seedlings as they can be easily overrun by weeds. They like to grow in open, dry and light soil. Raised beds are ideal for carrot growing as the lack of stones will prevent the roots from forking and producing odd, though sometimes funny, looking crops. You should start off growing indoors or undercover.
