Care Tips
There are 3 main categories of cabbage depending on when they are harvested – Spring Cabbages, Summer & Autumn Cabbages and Winter Cabbages. Cabbages will grow well in most fertile soils that have had compost or manure dug through them in the previous autumn. Don't plant them where you have grown brassicas (broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts etc) in the past 3 years.
